self-confessed cheese & wine addict, Didier. All the while
travel over three centuries of rich heritage, and delect in
Africa's finest cheeses & wines, looking into industry trends &

this new-world society in the context of a fast expanding
economy still confined in the hinges of history. We face head

cheese makers at her/his small farms, cheesery; the winemaker
